Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and its quote-request system, and the requests you submit through it.
Effective September 9, 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at getlowprofile.com and the quote-request system available through it (together, the “Site”), operated by Low Profile Property Services LLC (“Low Profile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Website
You may use the Site to learn about Low Profile's services, request a quote, and communicate with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or its underlying systems.
Quote and Service Requests
The Site allows you to submit a request describing the service you're interested in, your property, and the work involved. Submitting a request through the Site is how you start a conversation with us about your project — it is not, by itself, a confirmation that we will perform the work. See “A Website Request Is Not Automatically a Binding Service Contract” below.
Information You Submit
When you submit a quote or contact request, you agree to provide information that is accurate and belongs to you or that you're authorized to share, including your contact information, property details, and a description of the work requested. We use the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
Photos and Media You Submit
Any photos or other media you upload through the Site are submitted voluntarily to help us understand and evaluate the property and the work requested. By submitting media, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and that we may use it internally to prepare estimates, document the scope of work, and coordinate the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Estimates and Pricing
Any pricing information, estimate, or range provided in response to a Site request is preliminary and based on the information and media available to us at the time. Actual pricing may change once a project's full scope, site conditions, and requirements are confirmed — including, where applicable, after an in-person visit.
A Website Request Is Not Automatically a Binding Service Contract
Submitting a quote request, or receiving a preliminary estimate, through the Site does not by itself create a binding contract for services. Final scope of work, pricing, scheduling, deposits, payment terms, and any other project-specific conditions are established separately, directly with you, before work begins.
Site Conditions and Unforeseen Circumstances
Property and site conditions can affect the scope, schedule, and cost of a project — including conditions that are not visible or known until work begins, such as concealed damage or existing infrastructure issues. Where this occurs, we will communicate with you about how it affects the project before proceeding, but scope and pricing may need to be adjusted as a result.
Your Responsibility for Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when using the Site, including the details of your property and the work you're requesting. Delays, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information you provide may affect our ability to prepare an accurate estimate or complete requested work.
Property Access and Authorization
By requesting service, you represent that you own the property in question or are otherwise authorized to request the work and to allow Low Profile (or those coordinating on our behalf) access to the property as needed to evaluate and complete the requested work.
Service Availability and Geographic Limitations
Low Profile's services are generally offered within NYC, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey, subject to change and availability. Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee that a particular service is available at your location or on a particular timeline.
Subcontractors, Specialists, and Service Partners
Low Profile may coordinate or work with appropriately qualified subcontractors, specialists, vendors, or other service partners in connection with completing requested work, where appropriate for the scope of the project.
Licensed Work, Permits, and Approvals
Certain work may require licensed professionals, permits, inspections, or other approvals under applicable law. Where that's the case, it will be addressed as part of establishing the project's scope, and may require separate agreements or documentation.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Low Profile or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may rely on third-party services to operate (for example, hosting, data storage, or email delivery) and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Low Profile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
No Warranty of Uninterrupted Availability
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors, delays, or interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to the Site, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
